Can I try Gryffi for free?
Absolutely! Our Free plan lets you create your first journey, set up an AI guide, and invite up to 10 end users, no credit card required. It's the perfect way to experience what Gryffi can do.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan instantly from within the app. If you need to downgrade, simply contact our support team and we'll help you make the switch.
What are AI Credits?
AI Credits are used when your end users interact with AI Guides. Each conversation uses a small amount of credits depending on the length and complexity. Credits reset monthly with your billing cycle.
What's the difference between Makers and End Users?
Makers are the people who create and manage journeys: your HR team, trainers, or content creators. End Users are the participants who experience the journeys, such as new employees during onboarding.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! When you choose annual billing, you pay for 11 months and get 1 month free. Use the toggle above to see yearly prices.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and SEPA direct debit for European customers. Payments are securely processed through Paddle, our payment partner.
Who processes my payment?
Your payment is processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the official seller of Gryffi subscriptions and handles all payment processing, invoicing, VAT/sales tax, and refunds on our behalf. You'll see "Paddle" on your bank statement.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, no questions asked. Request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase through Paddle or by contacting billing@gryffi.com.
