Can I try Gryffi for free?
Absolutely! Our Free plan lets you create your first journey, set up an AI guide, and invite up to 10 end users, no credit card required. It's the perfect way to experience what Gryffi can do.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade your plan instantly from within the app. If you need to downgrade, simply contact our support team and we'll help you make the switch.
What are AI Credits?
AI Credits are used when your end users interact with AI Guides. Each conversation uses a small amount of credits depending on the length and complexity. Credits reset monthly with your billing cycle.
What's the difference between Makers and End Users?
Makers are the people who create and manage journeys: your HR team, trainers, or content creators. End Users are the participants who experience the journeys, such as new employees during onboarding.
Do End Users need to create an account themselves?

No. Your End Users don't sign up, don't choose a password, and don't install an app. They just receive a magic link by email, click it, and they're in. Works on phone, tablet, or laptop, in their browser.

You (or another Maker with admin rights) add End Users to your account by entering their name and email, uploading a spreadsheet, or syncing from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Behind the scenes we create a lightweight account for each one, so you can manage them, track their progress, and remove them whenever you want.

"10 End Users" on the Free plan means you can have up to 10 different people added to your account at the same time.

What does "1 journey" mean on the Free plan?

A journey is an interactive experience you build yourself, like an onboarding path, a compliance course, or a product tour. It can contain locations with 360° photos, AI chat, quizzes, forms, polls, videos, and rewards.

"1 journey" means you can keep one active journey at the same time. It does not mean you can only watch it once. You build it once, and it stays in your account. You can share it with as many end users as you want (up to your plan's end user limit), edit it any time, translate it, and duplicate it. It only disappears when you decide to delete it.

Need a second one? Either upgrade your plan, or delete your current journey and start a new one.

What is an AI Guide?

An AI Guide is a chatbot you train with your own content. You upload documents (PDFs, Word files, text) or write content yourself, and the AI learns from it. End users can then ask questions in plain language and get answers based on your knowledge, not generic internet answers. Every answer cites its source.

You decide the AI's tone, name, and what topics it should focus on. You can put an AI Guide inside a journey as its own step, or use it standalone.

What are AI Knowledge chunks?

When you upload a document (PDF, Word, text) to an AI Guide, we split it into small pieces called "chunks", roughly a paragraph each. The AI searches through these chunks to find the best answer to a question. The more chunks you have, the more content your AI Guide can learn from.

100 chunks is about 15 to 30 pages of typical text, depending on how dense the document is. That's plenty for a short employee handbook, a product FAQ, or a training manual. Professional includes 2,500 chunks and Enterprise 15,000.

How does Trash retention work?

If you accidentally delete a journey, user, or AI Guide, it doesn't disappear right away. It goes into the trash first. On the Free plan, deleted items stay in the trash for 14 days, and you can restore them in one click.

After that, they're permanently removed. Paid plans have longer retention: 30 days on Professional and 90 days on Enterprise.

What is Microsoft/Google Sync?

Connect your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account, and Gryffi will automatically keep your End Users up to date. When a new colleague joins, they're added to Gryffi. When someone leaves, they're removed. You can also sync groups, so when you add someone to an HR group in Google Workspace, they automatically get access to the right journeys.

Sync runs every 15 minutes, or you can trigger it manually. No more manual CSV imports. Available on Professional and Enterprise.

What is Daily backup?

Every day we automatically create a backup copy of your journeys, AI Guides, users, and settings. If something ever goes wrong, for example a team member accidentally deletes something important, we can restore your data to an earlier point in time.

On Professional, backups are kept for 7 days. On Enterprise, 30 days. Backups are stored in our EU data center, same as your live data.

What is API End User Management?

For teams with their own HR system or internal tools, our API lets you automatically create, invite, and remove End Users from your own code. Example: when someone is hired in your HR system, your system can automatically invite them to the right onboarding journey in Gryffi.

You can also manage user groups, send invitations, and pull analytics. Full API documentation is available once you turn it on. Available on Professional and Enterprise. Requires basic developer knowledge.

What are Custom Journey Themes?

By default, journeys use Gryffi's clean design. With Custom Themes you can change the look to match your brand. Adjust the primary color, accent color, backgrounds, button styles, and upload your own logo.

Your colors also apply to invitation emails, reminders, and PDF reports, so everything your end users see looks like it comes from your organization, not from Gryffi. Available on Enterprise.

What are Public Journeys?

Normally a journey is only visible to the End Users you invite. A Public Journey can be opened by anyone with the link, without needing an invitation. This is useful for putting a journey on your public website or intranet, for example a product demo, a self-guided tour, or a hiring page.

You decide per journey whether it's private (invite-only) or public. Sensitive content should always stay private. Available on Enterprise.

Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! When you choose annual billing, you pay for 11 months and get 1 month free. Use the toggle above to see yearly prices.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and SEPA direct debit for European customers. Payments are securely processed through Creem, our payment partner.
Who processes my payment?
Your payment is processed by Creem, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Creem is the official seller of Gryffi subscriptions and handles all payment processing, invoicing, VAT/sales tax, and refunds on our behalf. You'll see "Creem" on your bank statement.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, no questions asked. Request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase through Creem or by contacting billing@gryffi.com.
